Salary Advancement Resources for Employees of the San Diego Community College District
One of the last taboos in the U.S. is talking about your salary, and your Step and Class is hidden away in a sordid little corner of myportal.sdccd.edu. From there go to Employee Dashboard, then Compensation History, then click on the Salary Placement tab under Compensation Information, and you will find your Grade (Class) and Step listed.
